Your perfect estate. Sourced in 48 hours.
Private estate sourcing for the world's most discerning clients — and the people who represent them.
We don't list properties. We find yours.
Most luxury rental companies show you a catalog and ask you to choose. We work the opposite way. You tell us exactly what you need — the neighborhood, the feel, the number of rooms, the event, the special requirements. Within 24 to 48 hours, Marcus David personally sends you a curated shortlist of available estates matched precisely to your brief. No browsing. No comparing. No time wasted.
- Personal sourcing by Marcus David. Not an algorithm.
- Off-market estates unavailable on any listing platform
- Your budget is your budget. We never exceed it.

Marcus David — Founder
Luxury service should feel personal, discreet, and effortless.
Marcus David was built around a simple idea: luxury service should feel personal, discreet, and effortless.
Every search is handled with care, judgment, and a clear understanding that privacy, time, and trust matter just as much as the property itself. I stay directly involved throughout the process, from sourcing and vetting to the details surrounding the stay.
The goal is simple — to make finding the right residence feel seamless, private, and completely tailored to the client.
